Agile supply chain management a prerequisite to inflation in globalized economy
Globalization is in no doubt influencing companies pricing choices and price determination, as a result influencing the supply chain, increasing changes and issues in global economy, proposing a need for comprehensive analysis in order to better understand inflation dynamics and sort a worldwide commonality by adding variables to the typical inflation models to incorporate globalization with inflation dynamics, as the supply chain grows bigger the more complicated it gets, therefore it becomes less adaptive, a bigger more diverse supply network enhancing product variety is proposed to create more supply agility and improve supply performance, also this agility seems promising in terms of improving collaboration and communication which is already challenge on a domestic scale, not to mention a globalized one, the composite supply chain challenge must be addressed by expanding global supply chain models to encompass both internal production and external supplier, providing enough layers of suppliers interaction in sourcing significant components, in which is a key feature of agile practice, enabling limitless flexibility in terms of product capability, allowing rapid lead times when combined with industry.

Dental and periodontal lesions and temporomandibular disorders
Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) are a heterogeneous group of conditions affecting the temporomandibular joints, the masticatory muscles and the adjacent structures. The aim of this observational study was to asses if there is a positive correlation between the presence of dental and periodontal lesions and dysfunctional occlusal contacts in patients diagnosed with TMD. 20 adult patients diagnosed with TMD were included and 460 teeth were evaluated in terms of noncarious lesions and gingival recessions. Static and dynamic occlusion were assessed. In patients diagnosed with TMD, the presence of dental and periodontal lesions are corelated with various pathological occlusal patterns.

Changes in the number of days of paid sick leave for viral infection in General Medical Practices
The aim of the current research is to determine the difference in the number of days of paid sick leave for viral infection among patients coded by General Practitioners (GPs), based on the practice’s characteristics. We used the data of the National Health Insurance Fund of Hungary for our research. The B300 report on GP practices, the data of the 18-64 age group encoded with a viral infection (J1000-J1180 or B2500-B3490), the number of days of paid sick leave and the characteristics of the practice (gender, age and of the GP, vacancy of GP's position) were used. The regional distribution of the number of days of paid sick leave and the practice characteristics were assessed through indirect standardization by age and gender. The relative proportion of days of paid sick leave per case was significantly higher than the national average in practices with female GPs, vacant practices, and where the GP was over 65 years of age. Based on these findings, decision makers should pay attention to decrease the number of vacant practices, and it would be important to find incentives for more young doctors to choose this field.

Bukovina's economic and social reconstruction after the First World War
At the beginning of the interwar period could be observed both in Romania and Bukovina numerous economic transformations, generated by political and social factors, like the consequences of the First World War, financial and human losses, the protective measures for agriculture and the import and exportation of agricultural products, etc. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the main measures undertaken by the state for economic and social reconstruction and resilience in first part of interwar period, both for Romania and Bukovina. The results point out that the agriculture will continue to have a pronounced cereal character, even if the lands cultivated with other plants have a significant rise. An important place in the volume of trade is occupied by the exchange between the village and the city, which took off in the interwar years, a fact mainly due to the expansion of peasant households and their production, after the agrarian reform of the 1920s.

In the management sector, there is a debate about whether these application experiments can be called lean. The basis of doubt is the fundamental difference between production and service. Management literature has accepted the concept of lean office, which also has a kind of signaling in this discourse. Preventing the need for nursing home admittance
This article explores several key strategies in order to reach the goal of enabling home care for as long as possible for the elderly. Some of these strategies include: preventing falls and injuries, providing preventative medical care, promoting exercise and physical activity, ensuring proper nutrition, fostering social and familial support, and promoting financial preparedness. The research confirms that these strategies are effective in allowing elderly individuals to live out the remaining years of their lives in their own homes and avoid nursing care. Consistent medical examinations, regular treatment and physical activities allow for healthy and independent living. Fall prevention can improve the health and independence of elderly individuals because falls are a major cause of injury and death. Social support by family members, friends and professionals also contribute significantly to the mental and physical health of these individuals. In addition, improving and maintaining cognitive capabilities and emotional regulation have shown to have a strong connection to the overall health and well-being of the elderly.

A content analysis of values portrayed in TV commercials for games and toys
Advertising and its content significantly influence the consumer socialization process, particularly among children. It aids children in discovering products and shapes their desires, attitudes, and behaviors. To explore this, we conducted a content analysis of TV advertisements promoting games and toys from December 2020 to 2021 in Romania. The study's focus was to uncover gender-specific values projected through the marketing of children's games and toys in these TV commercials during the festive season. Seven TV channels were analyzed, totaling 2070 minutes of content each year, with 248 distinct commercials. The findings revealed prevalent gender stereotypes in these ads. Values associated with girls predominantly included caring, beauty, friendship, fun, and happiness. In contrast, values projected for boys encompassed competition, autonomy, adventure, challenge, and fun. Remarkably, materialism was more pronounced in toys aimed at girls.
